2. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Formula 1 is a highly prestigious and thrilling motorcar sport. I have watched it a couple of times on TV and was fascinated by how fast the drivers moved. The sport is all about fast cars, smart drivers, and teamwork.
It can get really scary with how fast the drivers race. There’s a high probability that they might collide with each other or something could happen to the car causing it to crash or catch fire. Sadly, there have been instances where participants lost their lives in accidents.

23. Polo

If you love horses, you should try out this sport. It involves horseback riding in a team of four. Each player is required to race around the pitch or polo field striking a small ball toward the opposing team’s goalpost.

Skydiving is currently on my bucket list. I have watched a lot of videos and have seen how exhilarating the sport is. It has you jumping out of an airplane and free-falling through the sky before using a parachute to land safely on the ground.
The sport is highly challenging and requires precision, calm under pressure, and strong focus. Finally, you’ll be trained before making solo jumps.
26. Base Jumping

Base jumping is not just a hard sport but it’s also life-threatening. You will be jumping from cliffs or buildings while wearing a parachute. It’s just like skydiving but the difference here is the proximity to the ground during jumps and the little time you have to pull your parachute.
If you’re not fast enough, you could crash. That’s why your mental toughness needs to be on par because you’re making life-or-death decisions in a split second. I think that’s so much pressure.

Surfing is one of the hardest sports on the planet and there’s a reason I say this. First, you’ll be caught between the largest and most powerful waves and must paddle through them and maneuver through the waves with just your arms.
Aside from that, ocean waves are never the same. That means you can never maneuver the same in another section.
Overall, the sport polishes your courage and mental resilience. You’ll learn to overcome fear and stay calm under extreme pressure.
28. Skeleton

Skeleton is another tough winter sport that will have you sliding headfirst down icy tracks at incredibly high speeds. Unlike some of the sports I have reviewed above, skeleton is an individual sport where you race alone.
So, it’s a test of your skill and courage. The sport is also physically demanding. You need strong core muscles and upper-body strength to handle the gravitational forces.
29. Luge

Luge and skeleton are somewhat similar. However, as much as both of them are winter sports, Luge requires that you race down narrow twisted tracks while lying on your back.
You must maintain a stable position and be capable of making split-second decisions. The hard part of luge races lies in the gravity. They are usually intense and demanding.
30. Bobsleigh

I think bobsleigh is one of the most prestigious sports in the world. It has been an Olympic event since the early 20th century and is deeply rooted in winter sports tradition.
Here, a team of players of about three or four are required to hurtle down icy tracks in a small streamlined sled known as a bobsled or bobsleigh. The sport demands explosive strength, especially on your neck.
However, the good part is that you have a team to rely on for motivation and strength.
